Meet Biswajeet, who left his high paying job to serve his village
Meet Biswajeet Jha, a man who runs many free coaching schools and football academics in the tribal areas of West Bengal. He also supports many under-privileged girls in achieving their dreams. Biswajit’s journey from a humble village in Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, to the corridors of Delhi's media houses is nothing short of inspiring. His story is not just one of personal triumph but also a testament to his unwavering commitment to uplifting the lives of underprivileged children through education.
However, amidst the glamour of Delhi's media world, Biswajit felt a void. It was a chance encounter with his village school sports teacher, who was running a football academy for underprivileged children, that changed everything
When asked about his approach to teaching underprivileged children, Biswajit shared, "During Covid, we established several free coaching schools in different tribal areas. We employed a local lady teacher from each village, paying her one thousand rupees. Initially, I funded these initiatives myself, but I am now receiving support from generous individuals."
