GATE 2025 registration begins
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has begun the online registration for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2025) from yesterday,2024.
Candidates interested in taking the exam can apply online,i.e.,gate2025.iitr.ac.in. The regular application window will be open until September 26, 2024, with a late fee option available until October 7, 2024.
Though the application process was initially set to begin on August 24, 2024, it has been delayed. This postponement will not impact any other scheduled dates, including the exam dates.
The GATE 2025 exam will be held on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025, with two sessions each day. Candidates can appear for up to two different test papers.
GATE 2025 will feature 30 test papers, allowing candidates to select either full or sectional options. Candidates can opt to take up to two different test papers. The exam, which will last three hours, will be conducted in English using a computer-based format (CBT). Each paper will consist of two sections: General Aptitude (GA) and the selected subject, and will include multiple-choice questions (MCQs), multiple select questions, and numerical answer type questions.
