West Bengal Madhyamik 2025 Results: Topper to receive Rs 1 lakh prize
The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has officially announced the Madhyamik 2025 results today, May 2, at 9 am in a press conference. The result link will be activated at 9:45 am on the official websites — wbresults.nic.in and wbbse.wb.gov.in. Schools can collect the mark sheets and certificates from their designated camp offices starting at 10 am.
In an exciting development, the WBBSE has introduced rewards for the top performers of the Madhyamik 2025 exams. The state topper will receive a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh, along with a laptop, smartphone, and a citation from the Education Department. This initiative, aimed at motivating meritorious students, will be followed by a special felicitation ceremony where the Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will honour the state topper.
The top 10 students in the state will also be rewarded with Rs 50,000 in cash, along with electronic gifts and a citation. Additionally, a felicitation ceremony at the district level will be organised to acknowledge their achievements.
