CUET exam difficulties will end soon, Assam University has taken a step to support students
Difficulties associated with undergraduate admissions in colleges affiliated to the University of Assam have ended.
The university authorities have offered admission to colleges without Common University Entrance Test (CUET) marks in the interest of students in the Barak Valley.
As a result, students who are unable to sit for the Common University Entrance Test for various reasons will also be able to apply for admission to colleges.
80 per cent of the total seats have been reserved for them. The remaining 20 per cent seats will be filled after the announcement of the results of the Common University Entrance Test.

University sources also said that the admission process in the colleges will start soon. First 80 per cent seats and then 20 per cent seats, i.e the admission process will be done in two phases. Admission will be done without Common University Entrance Test marks in the first phase and with Common University Entrance Test marks in the second phase. However, if some seats are vacant in colleges, notification will be issued again without Common University Entrance Test marks Students will be enrolled.
