Due to the Lok Sabha Elections, spanning from April 19 to June 1, many competitive exam dates have been changed. This decision has affected many candidates nationwide.

The JEE Main, UPSC prelims, NEET PG, KCET, MHT CET, TS EAPCET, TS POLYCET, and ICAI CA exams have been affected.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has rescheduled the JEE Main 2024 session 2 to be conducted from April 4 to 12, 2024, instead of the earlier dates of April 4 to 15.

MHT-CET (PCM AND PCB) EXAMS

Originally scheduled between April 16 and 30, the MHT-CET (PCM group) exams will now take place from May 2 to 17. The PCB group exams will occur between April 22 and 30.

TS EAPCET 2024

The TS EAPCET 2024 exam is set to be conducted on May 9, 10, 11, and 12, 2024, in two shifts from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

 

TS POLYCET

Initially slated for May 17, 2024, the TS POLYCET will now be held on May 24, 2024, from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm.

AP EAPCET 2024

The Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) 2024 will take place between May 16 and 22, 2024, as revised by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE).

UPSC CIVIL SERVICE EXAM

The UPSC civil service prelims exam, previously scheduled for May 26, 2024, has been rescheduled to June 16, 2024.

NEET PG 2024

The NEET PG 2024 exam has been postponed to June 23, 2024, with the results expected by July 15, 2024.

ICAI CA EXAM

The ICAI CA intermediate exams will now be conducted on May 3, 5, and 9, 2024, for Group 1, and on May 11, 15, and 17, 2024, for Group 2.

UNCERTAINTY OVER CUET UG EXAMS

While the CUET UG exams are scheduled between May 15 and 31, 2024, the National Testing Agency (NTA) is considering revising the dates due to the overlapping election schedule.

NO CHANGES FOR JEE ADVANCED, NEET UG

The JEE Advanced 2024 exam will proceed as scheduled on May 26, 2024, without any changes. Similarly, NEET UG 2024 is set for May 5, 2024, although no revisions have been announced yet.

KCET 2024 EXAM DATES UNAFFECTED

The Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2024 will be held on April 18 and 19, 2024, without any changes despite earlier revisions to avoid clashes with the National Defence Academy (NDA) exams.
