Ireland Education Roadshow 2025 Wraps Up in Mumbai with Participation from 21 Leading Universities
Mumbai, October 2025: The Ireland Education Roadshow 2025 concluded its India tour with a vibrant and well-attended final event in Mumbai, held at The St. Regis. The roadshow attracted over 350 students and parents, all eager to explore educational opportunities in one of Europe’s fastest-growing study destinations.
Organized by Education in Ireland, the event brought together 21 of Ireland’s top universities and higher education institutions, offering attendees a unique opportunity to engage directly with academic staff and admissions representatives. Prospective students were able to explore a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD programs across disciplines such as technology, healthcare, business and finance, arts and humanities, sustainability, and emerging fields.
The roadshow also provided in-depth guidance on scholarships, visa processes, short-term study options, and Ireland’s favorable post-study work environment—a factor that continues to boost the country’s appeal among Indian students.
Reflecting on the success of the event, Ms. Elizabeth McHenry, Regional Manager – Asia, Education in Ireland, shared her enthusiasm:
“The interest and enthusiasm among Indian students this year have been phenomenal. Our final event in Mumbai followed highly successful showcases in Chennai, Bengaluru, Kochi, and Pune, and the overwhelming response here reinforces Ireland’s reputation as a leading global education hub. With more than 10,000 Indian students choosing Ireland last year, we are excited to welcome even more talent into our universities, where world-class academics and industry-linked career opportunities await.”
The Ireland Education Roadshow 2025 reaffirmed Ireland’s commitment to fostering strong educational ties with India and showcased the country’s continued dedication to offering quality, globally relevant education in a supportive and innovative environment.
